Owner Colin Chung sells seafood goodies such as Asian fish balls and abalone, harvested in New Zealand and processed in Vietnam. “Frozen food is almost better than fresh,” a shopper tells the Times. Chung eighty-sixes qualifiers altogether: “Frozen is fresh,” he says.
