.World Series News Clip from Texan Reporter: “That’s not cigarettes. That’s weed!”

Upper Playground blog The Citrus Report posts a video clip of a reporter from Texas sort of flipping out over how chill San Francisco is. “This is San Francisco, and I can tell you, right over there, there’s some people smoking weed!” The female anchor sounds a bit jealous. “It’s a beautiful place to do that.” Texas has some of the harshest marijuana laws in the country. Those caught with a joint can get six months in jail. Selling a joint can earn defendants up to a year in state prison. Watch the video after the jump.
