UC Berkeley will have to wait a few more weeks before knocking down dozens of oak trees and getting started on a new sports training center. The state appeals court bounced the lawsuit stopping construction back to Superior Court Judge Barbara Miller, stating the the final judgment wasn’t finished. That means more delays while Miller finishes adjudicating the case.
