Don’t go flickin’ yer butts into the scrub of Tilden Park, at least until noon today. The National Weather Service has declared a fire warning in effect for the East Bay hills from 11pm last night until noon. The problem: strong winds, hot temperatures, low humidity. Considering we’re at the start of a new drought, expect more warnings like this for the next several years.
