Another Bay Fuel Spill

This time it’s up near Martinez. According to the Chron, a tugboat smashed into three gas pipelines at the Tesoro oil refinery, spilling about 1,500 gallons into the bay. Fortunately, the pipelines weren’t transferring any fuel at the time, so the spill was merely comprised of the dregs left in the pipe. Coast Guard officials are giving the crew drug and booze tests, just in case.
