X-mas Day Fireplaces Snuffed Out?

It all depends on the weather, but it looks like the Bay Area’s air quality district will ban wood-burning fireplaces and stoves for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. According to the Bay City News Service, owners of the roughly 1.4 million stoves and fireplaces are being asked to check in with the air district before lighting up tomorrow and the next day.
