A record low-run of Chinook salmon last fall has led to another ban on salmon fishing off the coasts of California and Oregon, according to the Chron. It’s the second year in a row. If you want salmon, it’ll have to come from the Pacific Northwest, because in California, we’re witnessing first-hand the result of our destruction of salmon river habitats.
