The football-sized portion of the upper deck on the Bay Bridge that was replaced over the Labor Day weekend using massive hydraulic jacks was well documented. One construction worker posted pictures of the work (and his buds) on Flickr. And the Metropolitan Transportation Commission created this nifty time-lapse video of the engineering feat as well.
