What It Do: 1) One who engages in the ritualistic practice of going dumb, i.e. acting like a damn fool for no apparent reason. 2) One who acts in an especially ostentatious and/or obnoxious manner in public. 3) One who vigorously engages in any aspect of hyphy culture, such as swangin’ the scraper or spontaneously erupting into vibrant dance moves.
