Sadly, it looks as if Erik Nunn, a candidate for the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors, has died after his plane reportedly crashed near Las Vegas. According to the CoCo Times, Nunn’s plane crashed on Saturday afternoon forty miles outside of Vegas, killing Nunn, his wife, a BART police officer, and his wife. Seven children were left orphaned.
