But in this breathless KTXL report about child rapists living next to your kids, our new attorney general warns against the unforeseen consequences of all the new laws restricting where sex offenders can live: “If you have a draconian exclusion resulting from using Megan’s Law in this way, you might make the whole law unconstitutional.” Curse you, Jerry Brown, and your prudent remarks! Quit screwing up our narrative on you!
