Pro-cannabis groups outspent anti-cannabis groups by a ratio of more than four to one in Colorado, The Denver Posts‘ John Ingold reported this week. “The Medical Marijuana Industry Group, a trade organization for dispensaries, has spent $55,750 on lobbying since July 2012,” he wrote. Anti-regulation group Smart Colorado, which opposed Amendment 64, spent more than $56,000 on lobbyists this year, according to public records.
