The story has been told ad nauseum, we know, but it’s worth keeping a record of it. And the Chron does that for us today with a piece on how Dellums has failed so far to fulfill many of the objectives laid out in the 168-page report completed late last year by former City Manager Robert Bobb. The Chron story doesn’t break any news, but it’s serves as another reminder about Dellums’ disappointing mayoral tenure.
