Barbara Boxer is hanging on to a small lead over GOP frontrunner Tom Campbell in a new poll from Rasmussen, which is typically regarded as a conservative-leaning poll. Boxer leads Campbell 43 to 41 percent — the same margin that Rasmussen had last month. However, even though the Rasmussen Poll is generally considered right-leaning, it appears to be slightly more favorable to Boxer than other recent polls.
