According to the Chronicle, Democratic Party leaders are talking about buying radio and TV ads in California’s 11th Congressional District where GOP embattled Congressman Richard Pombo. But as an anti-Pombo blogger notes, while the Republicans have spent around $600,000 attacking McNerney so far, the Democratic Congressional Campaign committee has spent almost nothing yet to return the favor against Pombo (pictured here sucking up to G-Dub). — Will Harper
