The Department of Energy has released a list of the winners of its contracts to provide energy and water conservation services at federal government buildings, a massive $80 billion grant dispersed among 16 firms. Chevron Energy Solutions was one of them, which could net the oil giant up to $5 billion. At least it’s not an Iraq oil extraction deal or something.
