West Second Street is one block from and parallel to the San Joaquin
River. Fortunately for visitors but bad for business it is not a
bustling street, which may be why prices are so good at the Red
Geranium. Bill Heapy is the owner and he will wait on you. Plenty of
Fiesta Ware and Melmac. Dishes are set up on Formica tables with grey
and yellow Naugahyde chairs. On a table with turned legs is a set of
cups and saucers of most beautiful translucent green. This place is
loaded with good deals of many eras. Heapy also restores antiques.
Bring your loved ones to him and he will work on it with skill and care
and return it to you for a reasonable price. Second Street itself is a
wonderful collectable, where you can get yourself together.
