State Senate boss Don Perata turned in his Chevy Impala for a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria, the Sacramento Bee reported today. Perata had replaced his carjacked red Dodge Charger with the Impala, which he then replaced with the Crown Victoria. The Ford, which was used, cost taxpayers $18,646, the Bee reported.
