Looks like the city of Hayward is the latest burg to know what’s best for you. On Tuesday, the City Council banned outdoor smoking within twenty feet of any door, window, or entrance that hasn’t been invented yet, which means they effectively banned all outdoor smoking. According to the Daily Review, The Bistro owner Vic Kralj was just fine with the ban, even though a considerable number of his customers smoke at patio tables. People will adjust, he said.
