The 95th annual convention of the Mortgage Bankers Association kicked off yesterday, and forty angry lefties were there to heckle them as they bopped into Moscone Center. The protesters appeared to be mostly from the cultish group ANSWER, which organized most of the anti-war demos back in those cuddly Shock-and-Awe days. Just because they’re nuts don’t mean they’re wrong.
