With the mission of trying to get alterna kids to dance, Swing Goth celebrates its third anniversary on Friday, June 11, at DNA Lounge. Set to perform at the “Death Rock Sock Hop” are Lee Presson and the Nails, Fromagique, and Barry Syska’s Fantasy Orchestra. Plus there will be free dance lessons. Doors at 7:30 p.m., dance lessons with Brian Gardner from 8-9:30 p.m. Bands start at 10:30 p.m. $15, $20. Swing Goth happens every first, third, and fifth Tuesdays at El Rio, and every second and fourth Tuesdays at Blue Macaw.
