A judge is refusing to release the autopsy results of little Sandra Cantu, apparently because they were just too gruesome. According to the Chron, San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Linda Lofthus was concerned about the “heinous” nature of the crime and the “public outrage” that would ensue if the autopsy results were released. That must mean the results include some pretty horrific details about what happened to the 8-year-old girl.
