Enter Monday Night Flow, Flying Studios instructor Kimberly Hobbs’ candlelit weekly class, which starts slow, stays mellow (if you’re looking for a backbreaking, heart-pumping yoga class, this ain’t the one for you), and ends with — wait for it — a brief, glorious head and face massage from Hobbs’ capable hands. Most relaxing of all? It’s donation-based.
