It’s been a hideously bad week for GOP gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman. First, she made enemies with the state’s political press corps. And now, a YouTube video has surfaced that appears to show her fraudulently staging a supposed “town-hall” meeting. According to the CoCo Times, the video was captured by a plant from the Steve Poizner campaign. At this pace, Attorney General Jerry Brown might be able to sleepwalk his way back into the governor’s mansion after all.
