What It Do: A euphemism for communicating via cell phone, derived from the sound it makes when ringing. See also: chirper, a cell phone, or someone who frequently uses a cell phone.
Example: “I had a ripper in the scraper ready to hit the telly, but she got ghost and said 100 cause my baby momma kept chirpin’ me too damn much.”
