Novel Anticar Strategy: Bees v. SUVs

It’s not clear what’s drawing them. Berkeley bicycle activist Jason Meggs eludes that question from passersby, but he makes much ado — and a YouTube flick — of a swarm of bees that was crowding the corner of an SUV parked alongside to Cal’s Boalt Hall School of Law. The bees, he told the curious, were protesting automotive dominion and urging us to think about Mother Nature. This, the local Critical Masser claims, is why they are no longer pollinating crops adequately. He also posts photos and a satire from the insects’ perspective on Indybay. Hey, anyone around here know where you can buy honeybee attractant? Just asking.
