Keep in mind that Dellums still owns a house in D.C., so he doesn’t have to spend the cash on lodging. So how exactly does one man blow nine grand in seven days? And how does he have the temerity to bill the city for it? Oh, right: he wouldn’t have racked up the bill if he actually had to pay for it.
