We were so busy tallying up the San Francisco Bay Guardian‘s East Bay endorsements that we didn’t even notice the paper has endorsed Cindy Sheehan for Congress. Jesus Christ. Stupid doesn’t even begin to cover it. Infantile, maybe? Logorrheic? Isn’t there a German word for “sets new standards for stupidity?” Sheehan’s the Sarah Palin of the radical left: unthinking, reactionary, and willing to use her soldier child to advance her own narcissistic ego-trip. The only thing worse than being her is endorsing her.
