This Time, De la Fuente Gets the Shaft

Whaaaa? Could it be that someone outmaneuvered Ignacio De la Fuente in the dirty tricks department? According to the Trib, the incumbent City Councilman lost the endorsement of the Alameda County Democratic Party to his main challenger, Mario Juarez. And get this: one of the people that sat on the endorsement committee was Kathy Neal, who just happens to be Juarez’s campaign manager! Of course, De la Fuente is crying foul, but if Nacho couldn’t see this one coming, man, the guy’s slippin’.
