If you live in unincorporated parts of Alameda County, and you’re sick of new billboards nagging you to refinance your home (hah! Like anyone will let you do that again!), you’re in luck. The County Board of Supes have capped all new billboard construction, at least in areas they control. According to the Trib, the vote was 4-1, with Gail Steele voting no.
