Jerry Williams, whose picture we posted yesterday, turned himself in at 9:30 a.m. this morning. He is currently being held for felony kidnapping of a twenty-five year old woman, who was cornered in a North Oakland apartment complex on the evening of February 5 and dragged into a vehicle. She managed to escape later that night and showed up at a local hospital for medical treatment. Apparently, both Williams and the other suspect, Larry Wilson, were acquainted with the victim.
